West Jakarta Social Agency Distributes 320 Physical Aids

West Jakarta Social Sub-agency has distributed 329 physical aids to needy residents from underprivileged families.
The process is easy and free
West Jakarta Social Sub-agency Head, Suprapto said the physical aids distribution were run in stages from March 17 to June 4, 2025.
"The physical aids were distributed to needy residents in eight districts of West Jakarta," he said, Thursday (6/5).
City to Create Resilient, Healthy and Productive ElderlySuprapto explained the distributed physical aids were 50 units of hearing aid, 13 units of child-wheel chair.
"The biggest realization was adult-wheel chair by 257 units," he added.
According to him, the sub-agency prepares 620 physical aids for this year. Those are 469 wheel chairs and 260 hearing aids that will be distributed in stages.
"We'll distribute it maximally according to the request," he continued.
Suprapto appealed West Jakarta residents who need physical aids to directly apply for assistance to the Social Sub-agency through local neighborhood administrators.
"The administrators will submit the documents to urban village. Then urban village's PM1 letter is submitted to us," he added.
As the verification process, the officer will visit the residents who request the assistance for data check up.
"The process is easy and free," he stated.
